Description:Responsibilities:
  • Maintainand update the Group database; process worklist tasks from theautomatic workflow; ensure SLAs are respected whilst maintainingquality and productivity as set by internal processing timestandards.
  • Process added value tasks on fileswith an exposure level as defined by theGroup
  • Create classical enquiry orders uponrequest from the Underwritingdepartment.
  • Provide further information tounderwriters when requested.
  • Highlight tounderwriters any adverse information which is relevant to a reviewof exposure particularly when a DRA is downgraded and exposure issignificant.
  • Proactively build and maintaingood working relationships with Underwriting and Informationcolleagues.
SkillSet:
  • Good FinancialKnowledge
  • Basic understanding of Corporate lawand accounting principles
  • Basic knowledge ofmacroeconomics and amp; industry sectordrivers
  • Basic knowledge of Credit insurance andinformation products
  • Basic knowledge of grouplegal structures
  • Proficient in using MicrosoftOffice (Excel and amp; Wordetc.)
