As a Senior operating leader this roleinvolves managing India operations and Global Service Delivery witha high growth potential. You will have a direct reporting to thePresident in India and the EVP in the U.S. We are looking for aselfstarter who is energetic agile and can provide directleadership to Technology services delivery teams operating teamsbackoffice teams enabling them to deliver exceptional outcomeswhile maximizingproductivity.
Responsibilities:
  • Managingentire operations of IT & BPO and services for the parentorganization and Clients in the US.
  • Hiring andstaffing teams to ensure operationsstability
  • Get Involved in customer engagementactivities and will be one point of contact for Businessdevelopment Leaders / Client Managers / Vendors / RecruiterLeaders
  • Oversee contractual changes /amendments
  • Drive Quality initiatives to bringcontinuous improvements
  • Oversee turnovertraining for staff and involving in their developmentplanning
  • Closely working with Company CXOleadership and Finance & Sales teams to manage accountP&L
  • Analyze and assist associates withtheir workload regularly review the performance of theteam
  • SOP Review Update and validation positionto handle tough customers. Maintain customer connect throughgovernance rigor and regular customerinteraction
  • Own endtoend client servicedelivery and P&L and ensure highclass servicedelivery
  • Be a key driving force in managingnew/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leadingto a healthy P&L
  • Be responsible forensuring the right solution is proposed for new deals activelyparticipating in the deal process Developing Proposals aiding andenabling robust transitions etc.
  • Ongoing clientsatisfaction through consistent highclass service delivery andthereby ensure high NPS crosssell andprofitability
  • Lead the way in implementing newtechnologies in operations and display a strong executivepresence
  • Manage the delivery of outsourcedservices to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenuethrough client upsell
  • Lead/groom supervisors toensure all the process activities are completed and SLAsmet

Minimumqualifications andExperience:
  • Minimum20 Years experience in Managing IT and BPOservices
  • Shall have experience working with USclients supporting from India and onsite experience ispreferred
  • Relevant years of diverse operationsexperience
  • Intellectual agility and analyticaloutlook
  • Collaborative and Influencingskills
  • Excellent commskills
  • Should have extensivedevelopment/programming background and shall have experience indigital technologies like AI/ML Data Analytics Big data CyberSecurity DevOps and Enterprise applications on Java Microsoft andERP Platforms
  • Should have extensive experiencein writing responses to RFPs and developing technicaldocumentation
  • Should have services backgroundthan product and start up
  • Should be able towork with the Sales team and develop proposals and makepresentations to the clientetc.
