JobDescription:
Wereseeking an experienced HSE (Health Safety and Environment)Manager to lead the implementation of safety andenvironmental protocols across our projects in Saudi Arabia. Theideal candidate will be adept at developing safety policiesconducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with bothcompany standards and regulatory requirements. This role requiresstrong leadership communication skills and an unwavering commitmentto health andsafety.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Create implement and update comprehensive health safety andenvironmental policies andprocedures.
  
• Conduct thorough riskassessments identifying potential hazards and implementing controlmeasures.
  
• Develop and deliver HSEtraining programs for employees and contractors to ensurecompliance and safety awareness.
  
• Monitor project sites to ensure adherence to company policies andregulatory requirements.
  
• Leadinvestigations of incidents or nearmisses to identify causes andrecommend corrective actions.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate detailed HSE reportsfor management and regulatoryreview.
  
• Develop emergency responseplans and conduct drills to prepare staff for potentialincidents.
  
• Identify opportunitiesfor improving safety performance and implement best practices toenhance HSE standards.
  
• Collaboratewith project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment onsafetygoals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree in Occupational Health & Safety EnvironmentalScience or a related field.
  
• Minimumof 4 years of experience in HSE management ideally withinengineering or construction.
  
• NEBOSHIOSH or other relevant certifications areadvantageous.
  
• Strong understandingof safety management principles OSHA standards and environmentalregulations.
  
• Ability to conductdetailed risk assessments and incidentinvestigations.
  
• Efficientmultitasking to handle multiple projects and prioritize taskswithin deadlines.
  
• Clear verbal andwritten communication for training and coordinating withstakeholders.
  
• Capable of motivatingteams and handling conflictresolution.
  
• Keen eye for identifyingpotential safety issues.
  
• Ability towork in dynamic and challengingenvironments.
