Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager to lead the implementation of safety and environmental protocols across our projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and update comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing control measures.
  
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors to ensure compliance and safety awareness.
  
• Monitor project sites to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead investigations of incidents or near-misses to identify causes and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate detailed HSE reports for management and regulatory review.
  
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare staff for potential incidents.
  
• Identify opportunities for improving safety performance and implement best practices to enhance HSE standards.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on safety goals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HSE management, ideally within engineering or construction.
  
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
  
• Strong understanding of safety management principles, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
  
• Ability to conduct detailed risk assessments and incident investigations.
  
• Efficient multitasking to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks within deadlines.
  
• Clear verbal and written communication for training and coordinating with stakeholders.
  
• Capable of motivating teams and handling conflict resolution.
  
• Keen eye for identifying potential safety issues.
  
• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
