  • Proactively engage with accounts to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute adoption plans for Growth, Defend, and Develop accounts to maximize the value they derive from our products/services.
  • Provide on-demand training resources, tutorials, and educational materials to Develop accounts.
  • Coordinate advanced training sessions for Growth accounts to enhance their usage of our solutions.
  • Monitor Defend accounts closely, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within Growth accounts, collaborating with the sales team for successful conversions.
  • Utilize key customer success metrics to monitor account health and identify areas for improvement.
