TheOpportunity: We are on the hunt for an exceptionalMarketing Head to spearhead our brand marketing strategies acrossour diverse product categories. This role is tailormade for a highperformer with a penchant for thinking outside the box. The idealcandidate will possess a keen analytical mind with a razorsharpfocus on ROI ensuring that every marketing endeavour not onlyresonates with our audience but also contributes significantly toour bottom line.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement comprehensive marketing strategies to createawareness of the company s businessactivities.
  • Supervise the departmentand provide guidance and feedback to other marketingprofessionals.
  • Produce ideas forpromotional events or activities and organize themefficiently.
  • Plan and executecampaigns for corporate promotion launching of new product linesetc.
  • Monitor progress and submitperformance reports.
  • Responsible forproducing valuable content for the company s online presenceeditorial design and organizing the company spublications.
  • Conduct general marketresearch to keep abreast of trends and competitor s marketingmovements.
  • Control budgets andallocate resources amongstprojects.
  • Become the organization sagent towards external parties such as media stakeholders andpotential clients and build strategicpartnerships.





Requirements


  • 812 yrs of proven experience in marketing with a focus on brandmarketing across multiple productcategories.
  • Demonstrable experiencein developing efficient strategies and business plans for allmarketing aspects (branding product promotionetc.)
  • Solid understanding of marketresearch and data analysismethods.
  • Ability to apply marketingtechniques over digital (e.g. social media) and nondigital (e.g.press) channels.
  • A leader with bothcreative and analyticalcapabilities.
  • Outstandingcommunication (written and verbal) and interpersonalabilities.
  • BSc/BA in businessadministration marketing communications or relevant field; MSc/MAwill be aplus.
