Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Vikas Global Solutions Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional support to our customers.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter with our products or services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Languages:- English and Kannada is must

Good communications skill and computer knowledge is required
