**Responsibilities**
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.

- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.

- Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Grade or Bachelor’s degree
- 0-6 months years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.
- Good knowledge of managing the performance of the team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
- Languages - English & Hindi ( Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Any one language )

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560062, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Support Executive: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service department: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
- English (required)
