Job Overview


We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Dream TM Recruitment Solution. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in back office operations.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in back office operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Operations-
  • Back office executive.
  • Experienced in data management.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PPT, Letter drafting etc.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing files, documents, and records
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Maintaining a proper record of all office expenses and invoices
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating with candidates and clients for interview arrangements
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
  • Handling general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Providing support to other team members as and when required
