Overview:The BackOffice Manager/Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring thesmooth and efficient operation of the back office. They areresponsible for overseeing various support services managing staffand executing administrative tasks that contribute to the overallsuccess of the organization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Supervise andcoordinate back office staff to ensure operationalexcellence
  • Develop and implement efficientprocesses and policies
  • Oversee inventorymanagement and procurement activities
  • Managestaff schedules and workloaddistribution
  • Monitor and ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures
  • Handle customerescalations and resolve issues in a timelymanner
  • Coordinate with other departments tofacilitate seamless business operations
  • Conductregular performance evaluations and provide feedback tostaff
  • Prepare regular reports on back officeoperations and productivity
  • Identify areas forimprovement and implement necessarychanges
  • Ensure data security and integritywithin the back office
  • Assist in recruitmentonboarding and training of new staff
  • Manageback office budget and expenses
  • Address anytechnical or equipmentrelatedissues
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven experience in a back officemanagement role
  • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills
  • Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and back officesoftware
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze dataand make informed decisions
  • Sound knowledge ofoffice procedures and policies
  • Detailorientedand capable of maintaining high levels ofaccuracy
