In this role, you will:
  • Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
  • Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
  • Present recommendations for resolving business problems
  • Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
  • Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
  • Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in ETL and Database/Data warehouse testing roles.
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Mandatory exposure to Hive - writing and executing HQL queries for Data validation
  • Strong in one or more programming Languages - Java (Preferred), Python or Scala
  • Good understanding of Data warehouse methodologies and modeling principles, Dimensions.
  • Ability to create test plan, test cases and documentation of test results.
  • ⁠Familiarity with Agile Project management and testing in scrum environment.
  • ETL & Data warehouse testing
  • Functional and Automation testing using test management and automation tools
  • End to end reports migration testing
