Whatwill you doThe roleoffered is named Senior Program ManagerContent Design. In short you will leadthe Content Design team of Kalvium and programmanage all the workdone. You will work closely with our inhouse content creators& learning designers as well as external SMEs.
Yourresponsibilities will include thefollowing.
  • Managingcreation of all of Kalvium s courses and tracking reporting onthem. You would run multiple programs to effectively managethis.
  • Running a strong quality check program toensure that courses are errorfree and topnotch in learningexperience.
  • Hiring and training learningdesigners and content creators to create greatcourses.
  • Managing and signing off on academicalignments withuniversities.

Awellrun Content Design team will ensure great learning experienceand outcomes for students of Kalvium. Enabling those is the goal ofthisrole.
Qualifications
  • Firstand foremost passion for education and a commitment to creatingengaging and impactful learningexperiences.
  • Bachelors /Masters degree in anystream or equivalent experience. If you have done any of youreducation in CS or related streams it s a bigplus.
  • Overall experience of min 5 years. Atleast 3 years out of this must have been in Program/ Projectmanagement. Preferably in edtech.
  • People andProject management skills.
  • You should be ableto break down a course creation project into multiple actionableparts delegate to a team of content creators train them reviewtheir work and keep the production line moving. Likeclockwork. Experience in project and/ or programmanagement is key.
  • Exceptionalcommunication skills.
  • Willingness to learn andunderstand CS. We are a company building a CS program. So you mustbe willing to understand the subject no need to be a subject matterexpert (but you should be able to know enough to work with a teamto buildcourses).

Location timings andpayLocation:Inoffice inCoimbatoreTimings:6days a week 9 am to 6.30pmPay:The CTC considered for the role is 1214 LPA. This is to give you anidea of the budget for the role. The final salary offered will bebasis interview performance experience and lastdrawnpay.
