Job Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager - Content Design will lead the Content Design team at Kalvium, overseeing the development of our courses and ensuring their quality. This role involves working closely with in-house content creators, learning designers, and external subject matter experts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the creation of all Kalvium courses, tracking, and reporting on their performance.
  • Implementing a robust quality check process to guarantee error-free and engaging learning experiences.
  • Hiring, training, and mentoring learning designers and content creators to produce high-quality courses.
  • Managing and finalizing academic alignments with universities.

A well-performing Content Design team is crucial to delivering exceptional learning experiences and outcomes for Kalvium students. This role aims to enable our team members to achieve this goal.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream, or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in CS or related fields is a significant advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years in program/project management, preferably in the edtech sector.
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • The ability to break down complex projects into manageable parts, delegate tasks, and maintain a streamlined production process.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn and understand CS concepts.

Location, Timings, and Compensation

Kalvium is based in Coimbatore, with a flexible working schedule of 6 days a week, from 9 am to 6:30 pm. The compensation package for this role is highly competitive, with a CTC of up to 1.14 LPA, depending on experience and performance.
