Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Business Loan products to potential customers in the Kolkata, West Bengal, India area. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of business loan products and the lending process
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and prospect potential customers who require Business Loans
  • Build and maintain a strong network of business contacts and referrals
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand customer's loan requirements and eligibility
  • Present and explain available loan products and their benefits to customers
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers to secure successful closures
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business loan portfolio
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan application and approval processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
