experiencedHR leader with a strong understanding of endtoend staffing servicesand
sharedservice operations. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancingoperational
efficiencyand customer satisfaction while actively driving growth by securingclient
transfersand expanding service engagement.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Operational Leadership:
Manage teams responsible for onboarding payroll compliance and exitmanagement to
ensuretimely and accurate delivery of HRservices.
Set performance objectives KPIs and SLAs and monitor teamperformance to maintain
highqualitystandards.
Implement process improvements to streamline workflows reduceoperational costs and
enhanceemployee experience.
2.Strategic Client Management:
Identify growth opportunities by managing client transfers andexpanding services for
existingcustomers.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to designservice models that
meetclientspecificrequirements.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understandbusiness needs and
ensurehigh customer satisfaction.
3.Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations relatedto payroll labor laws
andother employmentstandards.
Oversee audits and implement risk mitigation measures to minimizecompliancerelated
risks.
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support auditrequirements and
safeguardcompany assets.
Conductingaudits: Coordinating internal and externalaudits addressing audit findings
andrecommending corrective actions
Reporting:Preparing regular reports on the status of complianceprograms
Maintainingrecords: Maintaining accurate compliancerecords
4.Team Development and People Management:
Recruit onboard and train team members to build a highly skilledand motivated HR
servicesteam.
Conduct regular performance reviews provide feedback and developtraining programs to
enhanceteamskills.
Foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and highemployee
engagement.
5.Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on team performance client satisfactioncompliance status and
otherkey metrics for executiveleadership.
Analyze data to identify trends make informed decisions and presentinsights for strategic
planning.
Work closely with HR technology and data teams to leverage toolsthat enhance reporting
accuracyand efficiency.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor s degree in any stream preferablyBCOM/BSC. MBA in HR addedadvantage
8 years of HR experience in a shared service or staffingenvironment with at least 3 years
ina managerialrole.
Proven expertise in onboarding payroll compliance and exitmanagement.
Strong knowledge of HR operations employment laws and compliancerequirements.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing anddevelopinghigh
performingteams.
Demonstrated experience in driving customer growth and serviceexpansion.
Analytical mindset with a focus on datadrivendecisionmaking.
