We are seeking a Lead Brand Strategist with over 3 years of experience in the design industry. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of branding and design, ready to lead end-to-end projects and drive the growth of our graphic design department. The successful candidate will be a resourceful leader, skilled in managing resources and guiding junior designers, all while ensuring the highest standards of design excellence are met.


Responsibilities:


  1.  Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive branding strategies that meet client expectations from concept to completion.

  2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies that align with their vision, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships through excellent communication and service.

  3. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their design skills.

  4. Initiate and lead activities aimed at promoting growth and skill enhancement within the graphic design department.

  5. Efficiently allocate resources and manage team capacities to ensure optimal project execution without compromising quality.

  6. Understand and manage project timelines, assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and project needs, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.

  7. Continuously seek innovative solutions and encourage a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team.

  8. Maintain awareness of current industry, design and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform design decisions and provide valuable insights to the team.


Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in brand design or a related field, with a proven track record of leading branding projects.

  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

  3. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

  4. Expertise in client relationship management and project management.

  5. Proficient in advanced design software and technologies.

  6. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and designs effectively to stakeholders and clients.

  7. A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design and strategic thinking.


Softwares:

Advanced knowledge in:

  1. Figma

  2. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

  3. Online tools such as Canva, and artificial intelligence platforms such as DALLE, Midjourney, ChatGPT

  4. Experience with 3D design tools such as Blender and Cinema 4D is highly regarded.
