Weare seeking a highly skilled Production Planning and MaterialControl (PMC) Manager to oversee the production scheduling shipmentarrangements and material planning for our apparel manufacturingoperations. In this role you will manage endtoend productionprocesses ensuring timely procurement of materials and smoothcoordination of shipments for key clients. You will also overseethe management of both raw material and finished goods warehousesto maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure efficientoperations.

The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in production planning procurement managementand warehouse operations within the apparel or bag manufacturingsector. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to plan aheadare critical for success in this role.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage production scheduling and shipment planning forclients ensuring that deadlines are met and customer expectationsare exceeded.
  • Oversee material planning andprocurement for largescale production coordinating with suppliersto ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Take full responsibility for the comprehensive managementof warehouses including both raw material and finished goodsstorage ensuring proper inventory control andorganization.
  • Collaborate closely withinternal teams to optimize production flow and ensure alignmentbetween production capacity and client demands.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work in Mandya or Mysore KarnatakaIndia.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English isrequired.
  • Bachelors degree orhigher.
  • Proven experience in productionscheduling and planning within the bag or apparel manufacturingindustry.
  • Experience in coordinating shipmentschedules and managing largescale procurement processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse andprocurement management.
  • Strong ability to planahead and a keen sense of data analysis for accurate forecastingand production alignment.
  • This positionreports directly to the General Manager of the India manufacturingbase.
