Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist(Bulk Hiring)

JobDescription:

We are seeking a seasoned TalentAcquisition Specialist with 5 to 6 years of experience in bulkhiring to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HRdepartment you will be responsible for sourcing attracting andhiring highquality candidates for various positions within ourorganization with a focus on bulk hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Developand implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diversepool of candidates for bulk hiring requirements.

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand theirstaffing needs and create comprehensive recruitmentplans.

3. Utilize a variety of sourcingtechniques including online job boards social media networking andemployee referrals to identify potential candidates.

4. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidatesto ensure alignment with job requirements and organizationalculture.

5. Coordinate and conduct interviewsboth inperson and remotely with candidates at various stages of therecruitment process.

6. Manage the candidatesexperience from initial contact through offer acceptance ensuring asmooth and positive experience for all applicants.

7. Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboardingprocess for new hires including completing necessary paperwork andconducting orientation sessions.

8. Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activities andcandidate interactions using our applicant trackingsystem.

9. Emphasizing data analytics as acrucial component of talent acquisition strategies.

10. Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitmentprocesses and strategies to enhance efficiency effectiveness andcandidate experience.

Qualifications:

1. Any Bachelors degree& a related field.

2. 5 to 6 years ofexperience in talent acquisition with a focus on bulk hiring in afastpaced environment.

3. Proven track record ofsuccessfully filling highvolume positions within tightdeadlines.

4. Strong knowledge of recruitmenttools and techniques including applicant tracking systems jobboards and social media platforms.

5. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrelationships with candidates hiring managers andcolleagues.

6. High level of professionalism andintegrity with a commitment to upholding ethical standards inrecruitment practices.

7. Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiplepriorities simultaneously.

8. Ability to thrivein a collaborative team environment while also workingindependently to achieve goals.

9. Flexibilityand adaptability to navigate changing priorities and businessneeds.
