JobSummary:

As a Utility MechanicalTechnician you will be responsible for maintaining repairing andensuring the efficient operation of various mechanical systemsincluding chillers compressors cooling towers Air Handling Units(AHU) air conditioning (AC) systems Nitrogen storage unitsHighSpeed Diesel (HSD) systems cranes fans pumps motors and LowTension/High Tension (LT/HT) Diesel Generators (DG). Your role iscrucial in minimizing downtime enhancing system reliability andensuring the safety of all mechanicaloperations.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. EquipmentMaintenance andRepair:
   

   • Performroutine inspections maintenance and repairs on mechanical systemssuch as chillers compressors cooling towers AHU AC systems andNitrogen storage units.
     
   • Ensure theoperational efficiency of HSD systems cranes fans pumps motors andLT/HT DGs.
     
   • Diagnose issues replacedefective parts and perform necessary adjustments to maintainsystemperformance.
     

2. SystemMonitoring andTroubleshooting:
   

   • Monitorthe performance of mechanical systems identifying and resolvingissues promptly.
     
   • Conduct diagnostictests and troubleshoot complex mechanicalproblems.
     

3. SafetyandCompliance:
   

   • Adhereto safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents andinjuries.
     
   • Ensure compliance with allrelevant regulatory and environmentalstandards.
     
   • Participate in safetytraining and emergency responsedrills.
     

4. RecordKeeping andDocumentation:
   

   • Maintainaccurate records of maintenance work inspections andrepairs.
     
   • Document parts inventoryand order supplies and parts asneeded.
     

5. CollaborationandCommunication:
   

   • Collaboratewith other maintenance team members and departments to coordinatemaintenance and repairactivities.
     
   • Communicate effectivelywith team members management and external vendors or contractors asrequired.
     

RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training inmechanical maintenance ispreferred.
  
• Provenexperience as a Utility Mechanical Technician or similar role withhandson experience in maintaining the specified systems andequipment.
  
• Familiaritywith mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as toolsand equipment used in maintenance andrepair.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
