Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the IT field specifically in the e-commerce or nopCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
● Evaluate e-commerce processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
● Prepare detailed requirement specifications, workflows, and wireframe
● Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions.
● Conduct competitive analysis and research to enhance the nopCommerce platform.
● Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and adherence to goals.
● Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs. ● Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate finding and updates effectively
● Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success.
● Monitor and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.


Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

● The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English language.
● At least 1 year of experience in the IT field, preferably in the e-commerce nopCommerce domain.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Familiarity with e-commerce business processes and trends.
● Knowledge of nopCommerce architecture and features is a plus.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficiency in creating documentation, including user stories, use cases, a flow diagrams.
● Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
● A proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
● Team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
