Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to data-driven decision-making with a focus on Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, coupled with a strong foundation in data science and analytics. 

  Responsibilities:

· Data Management:  Perform data collation, processing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis. · Model Development:  Design, train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models, including predictive and prescriptive models, with a focus on NLP and deep learning techniques. · Quality Assurance:  Conduct rigorous quality checks on model outputs and provide actionable insights based on analytics. · Customer Insights:  Develop and implement models for customer segmentation, lifetime value prediction, and marketing campaign optimization. · Client Interaction:  Manage client deliverables effectively, translate business requirements into analytical solutions, and engage with clients to understand their data and platforms. · Problem-Solving:  Contribute to the design and methodology of problem-solving approaches. · Data Analysis:  Analyze large and complex data sets to extract valuable insights and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience : 3-5 years in data science or analytics roles with practical experience in developing and implementing machine learning projects. Technical Skills :Proficiency in Python for data science applications.Expertise in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).Familiarity of Generative AI techniques.Advanced skills in SQL, MS Excel, and data visualization tools. Statistical Knowledge : Solid understanding of Probability and Statistics. Cloud Experience : Hands-on experience with AWS, IBM Cloud or similar cloud platforms. Education : Bachelor’s degree from a Tier I/II institution preferred. Communication : Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
