Analytics Assistant Manager

Role & Responsibilites:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate the Alteryx based workflows and migrate them into Power BI reports. Design and implement ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources, transform it into a usable format, and load it into target systems. Utilize Power Query for ETL, automation and orchestration. Ensure ETL processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable to handle large volumes of data. Migrate complex Alteryx workflows using Power Query to automate data processes, including data blending, cleansing, enrichment, and transformation. Design visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to present insights in a clear and compelling manner. Design and implement data models within Power BI to ensure optimal performance and usability. Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns, measures, and complex calculations. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data governance, including establishing data lineage, documentation, and version control. Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients Able to work in dual shore engagement across multiple time zones Manage business uncertainty Secure new opportunities within existing account relationship Assess customer needs, pain points, behaviors, activation levers, headroom for growth, value propositions, etc. Manage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to client

Candidate Profile:

4-6 years’ experience, preferably in analytics Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx Technical skills like SQL, Python, Excel etc. and experience in working with large datasets Proven experience in optimizing data pipelines, queries for performance and efficiency ehancement Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
