Job Description

Should be able to Sucessfully complete Service Jobs for Battery Operated Trucks with Controllers. Description Should have sound technical knowledge of Battery operated Trucks with controllers.Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machineryPerform hands-on, on-site troubleshooting, service and repairsProvide technical support to external customers at their locationProvide on-site training to the customersCommunicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actionsConverting customers from warranty to AMC and retain them
Selling spares to customers not in contractRepair and service jobs for the customers not in contactCreating value added solutions for old systems by way revamp and retrofitMisc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer Desired skills Candidate must have 2+ yrs. of experience in the similar industryMust be able to interpret customers descriptions of their problems and solve themRequires good diagnostic skillsRequire excellent customer service skills to deal with any customer concerns or complaintsMust be comfortable with travelingWorking knowledge of MS Office, Excel
