Jetbro is seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer tojoin our dynamic team. As a Senior QA Engineer you will play acrucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digitalsolutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurancepractices. You will work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding developers designers and project managers to identifyprioritize and address qualityrelated issues throughout thedevelopmentlifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement comprehensive test plans test cases and teststrategies to ensure the quality and reliability of digitalsolutions.

2.Perform various types of testing including functional testingregression testing performance testing and usabilitytesting.

3.Collaborate with development and design teams to understand projectrequirements and provide feedback on design and implementation forbetter testability.

4.Identify prioritize and report defects using appropriate bugtracking tools and work closely with development teams to ensuretimelyresolution.

5.Conduct thorough root cause analysis of defects and implementcorrective and preventive actions to improve overall productquality.

6.Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies toenhance efficiency andeffectiveness.

7.Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members and promote aculture of quality and excellence within theorganization.

8.Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologiesrelated to quality assurance andtesting.

Requirements

Requirements:

1.Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
2.Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar rolewith a minimum of 3 years of experience in softwaretesting.
3.Strong understanding of software QA methodologies tools andprocesses.
4.Handson experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g.Selenium AppiumJUnit).
5.Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python orJavaScript.
6.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum developmentenvironment.
7.Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keenattention todetail.
8.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
9.ISTQB or similar QA certifications are aplus.
