Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including marketing content and design toalign socialmedia efforts with overallmarketing initiatives and campaigns.6.Analyze social media performance metrics such as reach engagementand conversion rates anduse insights tooptimize strategies and content.7. Stayuptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social mediamarketing includingalgorithm changesplatform s and emerging technologies.8.Develop and maintain relationships with influencers partners andbrand advocates to amplify oursocial mediapresence and reach newaudiences.Education/ExperienceRequirements:
&bull Bachelor s degree in marketing communications or a relatedfield.& bull Proven experience as aSocial Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolioshowcasingsuccessful social media campaignsand content.& bull Indepth knowledgeof social media platforms their features and best practicesincluding but notlimited to FacebookInstagram Twitter LinkedIn andTikTok.& bull Ability to createcontent using Adobe suite or platforms likeInvideo.& bull Excellent written andverbal communication skills with the ability to craft compellingcontent andengage with diverseaudiences.& bull Proficiency insocial media management tools and analytics platforms such asHootsuite SproutSocial Buffer GoogleAnalytics or similar.& bull Creativethinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt tochanging priorities andnavigateambiguity.& bull Strongorganizational and time management skills with the ability tomanage multiple projects anddeadlinessimultaneously.PreferredQualifications:& bull 2 yearsexperience with paid social media advertising including campaignsetup optimization andperformancetracking.& bull Knowledge of SEOprinciples and their application to social mediacontent.& bull Experience withgraphic design tools video editing software or other multimediacreation tools.& bull Certificationin social media marketing or related fields (e.g. FacebookBlueprint).Location: PatnaBiharEmployment Type:FulltimeSalary: As per industrystandards
