JobDescription:

We are seekingskilled and experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our team in Oman.This role involves maintaining repairing and servicingdieselpowered vehicles and machinery to ensure their optimalperformance andlongevity.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspectdiagnose and repair diesel engines and related components invehicles and machinery.
  • Performroutine maintenance including oil changes filter replacements andengine tuneups.
  • Conduct systemoverhauls and major repairs replacing worn or defectiveparts.
  • Test and adjust systems toensure proper functioning and compliance withspecifications.
  • Read and interpretdiagnostic reports technical manuals andschematics.
  • Maintain detailedrecords of maintenance and repair workperformed.
  • Ensure compliance withsafety standards and regulations at alltimes.
  • Provide training and guidanceto junior mechanics andtechnicians.
  • Stay updated with thelatest advancements in diesel technology and repairtechniques.


Requirements
  • Diplomaor certification in diesel mechanics automotive repair or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a DieselMechanic with a minimum of 3 years in a similarrole.
  • Strong understanding of dieselengine systems andcomponents.
  • Proficiency in usingdiagnostic tools andequipment.
  • Ability to read andinterpret technical documents andschematics.
  • Strong problemsolvingskills and attention todetail.
  • Excellent mechanical andtechnical aptitude.
  • Goodcommunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment.
  • Physically capableof handling the demands of the job including lifting heavy objectsand working in variouspositions.


Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Ability toread and interpret technical documents and schematics. Strongproblem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellentmechanical and technical aptitude. Good communication skills andthe ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, includinglifting heavy objects and working in variouspositions.
