Job Summary

Full Time Quality Assurance Analyst, with responsibility to support publishing (uPerform), pathway creation (Degreed) and asset management Responsible for QA of all project types (e-learning, V/ILT, video etc.) High attention to detail Ability to verify adherence to Learning Design Standards Spelling/ Grammer Accessibility Visual Layout Ability to communicate with designers clearly, sharing where defects were found Ability to track defect themes and recommend upskilling for designers Tools uPerform Degreed Intrepid Storyboard and Wireframe tools E-learning authoring tools (Articulate/ Storyline) – ability to leverage for review purposes (not design) Video authoring tools (Vyond) – ability to leverage for review purposes (not design)
