Tasks:

  • Developmentof new structures and processes for compliance with and applicationof product environmental and market law requirements for ourproducts (e.g. Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) EUDeforestation Regulation (EUDR) EU GreenDeal)
  • Responsibility for projects withcrossfunctional teams to minimise risks and ensure compliance withthe relevant regulations
  • Identification andassessment of risks and opportunities and development of proposedsolutions in coordination with our Product Compliance Manager andLegal Counsel
  • Initiating continuous improvementof existing processes to increase efficiency andeffectiveness.
  • Conducting workshops andtraining sessions for the relevant departments and providingcorresponding guidelines andchecklists.
  • Supporting the definition anddetermination of necessary product and supplierrelated data alongthe product life cycle in coordination with Product ManagementProcurement and Product MasterdataManagement
  • Planning preparation andparticipation in relevant audits by external inspection bodies andauthorities
  • Interface to external serviceproviders
  • Management/support of communication(registration/reporting) with authorities/regulatoryauthorities/serviceproviders

Profile:

  • Completedstudies in the field of engineering environmental managementbusiness administration or comparabletraining
  • Initial practical experience in theplanning coordination analysis and optimisation of processes andmanagement of corresponding projects in the compliance/qualitymanagement environment
  • Experience withcompliance with European environmental and product regulations witha focus on relevant regulations in B2B trade (industrialgoods/nonfood)
  • Strong communication skills andconfident demeanour when presenting and moderating larger groupsand workshops at all hierarchicallevels
  • Passion for sustainability andassertiveness to drive the organisation on thesetopics
  • A high level of analytical andorganisational competence to understand and implement complexregulatory requirements
    Interest in and willingness tolearn about the implementation of directives (RL) and regulations(VO)
  • Very good written and spoken German andEnglishskills
