We are currently looking for the India Supply Chain Manager.
As Country Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for providing the latest and highest quality products to meet the demands of our customers and internal stakeholders ensuring great cost effectiveness throughout the country and our different business units.
Key responsibilities
Direct and coordinate the supply chain functions in India shaping the strategy, optimizing processes and flows in order to maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring cost effectiveness and end to end stock management Work with the Global Supply Chain Team and the In Country teams to drive the transformation and evolution of the function Work with key stakeholders across Amplifon Group to ensure the best local and global agreements are in place Establishes and builds key relationships with external suppliers like logistic operators; set up the appropriate governance model and implement routines to drive best in class operations and results in the stores Full ownership of the Supply Chain P&L Guide and execute the Sales and Operations Planning in the country across all business units, incorporate market trends and uplifts in the forecasting process, create awareness on inventory and supply across all levels of the organization In line with global guidelines and teams, analyze and forecast future product demands working with marketing, sales, retail operations, business intelligence and finance teams Identify and implement the appropriate stock policy, to ensure rotation and optimize working capital and maximize service levels, ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement Manage the return process, identify the best possible options for having a sustainable process that minimize waste while keeping operations in store smooth and simple Provide the best possible after sale service ensuring repairs are exceeding customers expectations Manage and continuously improve the orders flow to maximize the order fulfilment rates and value recovery Recommend the warehouse set up and layout, define the process and technology requirements, handle the warehouse activities and control logistic flows Lead the in country supply chain teams in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Drive the technological transformation related to supply chain; recommend and validate change requests and developments for the Supply Chain Function at global level and support proper utilization of the system across the different support office functions and at store level Ensure all logistics activities are on time and cost effective Deliver an excellent Store Logistics Support in line with global guidelines and service level; manage the master data and support its evolution; create consistent plans to reduce tickets created by the shops and provide a quick resolutionProfile/Requirements
Degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering - years of working experience in supply chain Strong experience in demand and supply planning Experience in the retail industry Strong analytical skills (including advanced use of Excel/Access/other analysis tools) Strong capabilities of project management preferably gained in a matrix organization Change agent driving the transformation within the function and company Able to work independently and with agility in complex, rapidly changing environment Independent thinker, highly motivated and results oriented Strategic oriented skilled leader, willing to collaborate and influence within the organization with business acumen High communication skills on all levels Capability to managing complexity and to matrix reporting in an international environment Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset with problem solving skills Proven ability to establish strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders Interested in new ways of thinking and innovative approaches International mobility beneficial Availability to travel frequently (nationally and internationally) Fluent in English.As an employer that embraces Equal Opportunity and promotes inclusion and diversity, we encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to apply.
