Payroll and Compensation:Administer payroll ensuring accurate and timely disbursement ofsalaries and benefits. Maintain payroll records and tax complianceper local regulations. Employee Relations:Address and resolve concerns conflicts and grievancesconfidentially. Conduct regular staff checkins to gaugesatisfaction and identify areas forimprovement. Recruitment and Onboarding:Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and initiaterecruitment. Facilitate seamless onboarding for newhires. Policy Development and Compliance:Develop update and communicate HR policies for compliance withlabor laws and company standards. Stay updated on legislativechanges. Training and Development: Identifytraining needs and coordinate development programs to supportcareer growth. Health and Safety: Enforceprotocols to ensure a secure work environment complying withoccupational health and safety regulations.Administration: Manage HR documentation and employee records.Coordinate events and initiatives to boostmorale.
Requirements:**Note:We are seeking an individual residing in or willing to commute toWest Delhi (Janakpuri) who is proficient in payroll ESI andfamiliar with Factories law andcompliances.** Bachelor s degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a relatedfield. Proven HR experience emphasizingadministration and staff management. Deepunderstanding of labor laws and regulations with the ability tointerpret and apply them effectively. Clearand professional communication of HR policies andprocedures. Proficiency in HRIS (HumanResources Information System) and MS Officeapplications. Expertise in endtoend payslipgeneration and salary management.Familiarity with payroll software and systems to ensure accurateand timely salarydisbursement.
