We have recent job opening for the position of “**Plant Executive** “for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd. and our product **Readymix concrete.**
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.
- Inventory Management
- Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.
- Good communication skill
- Billing & Challan Entries
- Expertise with GPS tracking technology & Fleet Management.
- Inventory Management
- Expert knowledge in MS Office

**Job Position**: Plant Executive

Working hours: 12 hours

**Location**: Hanspal, Bhubaneswar

**Experience**: 2 to 4 Years

**Annual Salary**:1,98,000/
