Responsibilities :Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This could involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (e.g., integrating CRM and ERP systems) to enhance data flow and business processes.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of the various Value Teams and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.Developer is responsible for the gathering of SAP requirements and specifications, analyzing, designing, documenting, coding, testing, configuring, deploying, implementing, and maintaining systems and applicationsParticipate and collaborate with the users, business analyst, quality assurance/quality control analyst in the gathering of user requirements and specificationsParticipate and conduct feasibility study, research and development, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions and processesParticipate in the technical and project documentation such as but not limited to functional, system and technical design, requirements and specificationsCreate test scenarios and data and conduct or participate in non-functional and functional testing (e.g., unit testing, system testing, integration testing, etc.)Document, analyze and report test resultsDevelop and review codes, programs and configurations to verify consistency and conformance with established programming and industry standards, guidelines, policies and practicesConduct incident and problem analysis, data gathering, investigation and resolution of issues, and provide technical consultancy, assistance and supportDeliver the required systems/applications/solutions on time and based on agreed budget and specificationsIdentify, assess and recommend opportunities for application and process improvementProvide regular and effective progress updates to the project manager/team lead/supervisor/immediate manageDevelop, customize, enhance, fix and maintain codes, applications and systems Requirements

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science, engineering or information systems, or STEM DegreeDemonstrated ability to Analyze technical and business requirements and translate these into basic and detailed technical designExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologiesKnowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live supportAt least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least 1 S/4HANA Implementation / upgrade experienceAbility to adapt to fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks at a time and self-motivated to learn advanced technologiesAbility to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsDesign and develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using SAP UI5 framework6-8 Years web application development experience with a strong SAP background5 years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5 development with a strong focus on UX/UI design principles on S/4 HANASolid background in Modern JavaScript development practices and frameworksExperience working with the languages (e.g., SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery)Experience working with SAP Fiori design guidelines and principlesStrong understanding of MVC architecture and OData servicesProven experience in Fiori UI5, SAP Business Technology Platform experience including Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer; Fiori Launchpad configuration Fiori Application development tool (eg: BAS); and proficient with OData concepts such as debugging OData service & extending servicesExperience using Fiori Elements OData Annotation Framework, Build CDS views / ABAP code for backend architecture in S/4 HANA2-3 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development experienceExpertise in enhancing standard SAP functionality leveraging standard enhancements framework - User exists, Business Transaction Events (BTE), Business Add Ins (BADI), Enhancement Spots (Implicit & Explicit)Experience developing mobile applications using SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, or other mobile app development platformsDesign and implement data analytics solutions using SAP Fiori and SAC Participate in scrum ceremoniesAnalyze complex data sets and create interactive visualizations using SACAnalyze requirements and develop customized solutions leveraging Fiori and SACExperience with HANA objects like CDS views, CE functions and SQL scripts using EclipseExperience with SAP Web IDE / BASExperience in Design and development in responsive UI5 Application for Desktop and mobile devices using sap.ui.commons and sap.m libraries. HANA XSODATA implementation. SAPUI5 development on SAP Cloud platformExperience in UI5 application development with custom CSS.
