Thecompany develops train simulators used by railways companies totrain theirdrivers.

Thesimulator is a distributed hardware and software realtime system.One of the software
componentsof the simulator is the Vision System. The Vision system computesand displays motion
picturesin real time from the output of the models involved in thesimulation to provide to the driver
ofa train simulator a synthetic but realistic rendering of itsenvironment (lines signals passengers
crossingtrains cars landscape hazards etc. ) in any situation (weatherbacklight in sunset
nightbrutal brightness change in tunnels ).
Visionsoftware is based on Unigine engine (with our proprietary librariesdeveloped in C
integrated)and the Vision hardware tailor made for each project. Visionsoftware is developed
withinthe core Product team. The 3D content (3D assets and 3D world) isdeveloped by our 3D
graphicsteam using the 3D World edition suite delivered by our core Productteam. The product
teamis organized in Agile workflow. Its team members are involved inall phases of development.
Thisincludes design development unit testingintegrated testing andsupport.

RequirementsDuties:

Undertakeactivities related to the design and development of Vision softwareand the 3D world
editiontool suite as part of the core Product team.
Demonstrate the ability to comprehendcreate and debug C and C# modules.
Use and enhance a range of Unigine tools.
Operate complex simulators combiningvirtual and physical elements.
Update methods documents technical andfunctional documentation.
Set clear self (in consultation withsupervisor) goals and KPIs.
Monitor selfperformance on productivityquality compliance to process & standards is
importantaccording to the Engineering KPIs.
Support a healthy and motivating workenvironment and atmosphere work with the team
effectively.
Implements business initiatives includingprompt corrective action plans for areas with below
thresholdperformance.
Ensure efficient and economicalperformance in accordance with operating budgets yearend
goalsand objectives.
Manage work assignments productivity& quality and process compliance in line with
CompanyIndia goals processes and guidelines.
Adhere to all policies procedures andwork instructions within the discipline of Company India
Qualityexpectations. Working in close collaboration with the Team inFrance and Adelaide and
with 3Dgraphics lead participate in regular discussions ensure constant& consistent
collaborationand provide constant updates of the ground situation inPune.

Skills:

2to 5 years of Experience
Hand on experience in plant developing inUnigine or Unreal engines (3D
environmentBlueprint code etc.).
Hand on experience in plant modellingusing C and C#.
Educationalbackground from IIT or a reputed NIT/University shall bepreferred.
Experience of working on projectsinvolving Distributed Software Systems design
anddevelopment will be highly preferable.
Understanding of key concepts in computergraphics and virtual reality technology.
Skills in 3D mathematics (e.g.matrix/vector mathematics)
Experience analyzing requirements anddeveloping designs that meet requirements.
Knowledge of software design principlesincluding the use of UML
Ability to work within an Agileworkflow.
Problem solvingskills.
Ability to diagnose and debug softwareproblems.
Experience in using 3D modelling toolslike 3D Studio Max Maya or Blender is
desirable.
Experience with databases and SQL isdesirable.
Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP)is desirable.
Experience with configuration managementand defect tracking tools.
Initiative and a willingness tolearn.

WorkLocation will be in Pune (Preferring candidates who can work fromoffice)
