JobSummary:The person is responsible foroverseeing all aspects of the sales & operations functionsof industry events. This includes generating revenues throughdelegate exhibitors & sponsorship sales managing eventlogistics ensuring client satisfactions along with leading a teamto execute successful events.Responsibilities: Create & implementsales strategies to meet revenue targets of thecompany. Collaborating with clients tounderstand their requirements & objectives &develop comprehensive event plans timelines & budgets forit for ensuring its profitability. Managingon site event operations for ensuring its smoothoperations. Identifying opportunities tooptimize costs without compromising on quality of the events. Managing clients for awards &forums during events. Helping the team withall the pre & post events operationspart. The rolerequires a blend of strategic sales expertise operationalmanagement & leadershipskills.What We reLookingFor:
Thecandidate should with a minimum of 5 year of handson experience inhandling B2B industry sales & operations for Events ForumsAwards & PretACouture Show preferably for jewelleryindustry in getting delegate exhibitors & sponsorshipssales during events along with managing its operational parts forthe midlevel position and a minimum of 10 years of similarexperience for senior level position.
