Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
• Liaise with Customs Brokers, 3PL warehouses and Freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods and drive for status reports and consistency • Familiar with Import and Export formalities (HS Codes, type approvals, import restrictions, requirements, certification, and exemptions)
• To update Sales on the order status and provide updates on a timely basis and to ensure the accuracy of system transactions.
• To coordinate with Sales team, buyers, 3PL warehouse to process RA (goods return from customers) and RTV (goods return to vendors) promptly and accurately when necessary and upon approval.
• To root cause customer complaints and record in Customer Service Database
• To Drive Service providers (forwarder/3PL/Transporter/Broker) for timely and accurate (in accordance with Contract) billings

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 8-10 years working experience in the field of Supply-Chain, Logistics
• Any Graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, logistic Management or equivalent will be preferred.
• Knowledge in Import & Export laws and regulation

Requirements
