  • Develop strategicmarketing plans for the hotel to drive revenue across alldepartments.
  • Partner with sales and revenue toensure unified approach develop offers and campaigns that driverevenue for the hotel executed in alignment with SLS brand creativestandards.
  • Provide functional leadership andstrategic support for your team executive leadership internalcustomers and vendors including agencies.
  • Leada team of professionals with functional expertise including but notlimited to Public Relations Social Media Paid Media AdvertisingEmail Marketing and Graphic Design.
  • Oversee theHotel website; ensure information is uptodate hotel events offersand F&B information are merchandised appropriately acrossthe site.
  • Oversee development and execution ofonproperty marketing communications aligned with SLS brand creativestandards (printed collateral and posters digital screens in publicspaces etc.)
  • With support of Ennismorecorporate PR lead oversee local and national PR agency to supportvisibility and positioning of the hotel and all F&Boutlets.
  • Create relationships with local pressinfluencers and tastemakers and coordinate media stays and eventsto host these audiences at the hotel.
  • Withsupport of Ennismore Digital Marketing lead oversee marketingagency to execute performance driving paid media marketing tacticsincluding paid search and paid social and suggest new or othertactics to drive business goals (i.e. OOH GooglePMAX).
  • Manage hotel and F&B outletsocial media channels including content calendar creation andcommunity engagement.
  • Lead hotel emailmarketing program inclusive of monthly newsletters and ad hoccommunications to promote key hotel events andhappenings.
  • Liaise with SLS Brand team onstyling and execution of property photoshoots to support social andmarketing initiatives.
  • Develop ownable ongoingprogramming that will attract both visitors and locals anddifferentiate SLS in the market.
  • Budgetdevelopment and ongoing budgetmanagement.
  • Tracking and resolvingproblems/issues escalated by endusers.
  • Devising or modifying procedures tosolve process problems that will result in more efficientproductivity and higher caliberproduct.
  • Gathering business objectives fromoperations teams and proposing marketing solutions to help achievethem.
  • Partner with the corporate SLS BrandMarketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and ensurebrand standards are implemented and consistentlyfollowed.
  • Ensure guests feel welcome and aregiven responsive friendly and courteous service at alltimes.

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in progressive roles within a marketingfunction preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brandhotel
  • Proficient understanding of systems suchas: Microsoft Word Excel Powerpoint & Outlook Opera CanvaSprout etc.
  • Proven team leader with a highlevel of energy and motivation a natural at managing and inspiringothers in a way that gets the best out ofthem.
  • Ability to work independently and topartner with others to promote an environment ofteamwork
  • Ability to multitask work in afastpaced environment meet deadlines and have a highlevel attentionto detail
  • You combine analytical and methodicalthinking with high attention to detail and a solutionfocusedapproach.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Fluent in Hindi andEnglish.
