The ideal candidate is inquisitive handsonpassionate and highly consultative in nature. The individual willreport to the VP HR and Operations and closely collaborate with theCEO and Senior Stakeholders to drive projects acrossIndevia.

  • Responsible forService Delivery driving SLA metrics and providing leadership indealing with overall operational and client issues. Ensuring thatthe clients are satisfied with theperformance.

  • Responsible for Operational Excellence &Productivity improvement Initiatives &Implementations.

  • Managing team functions and utilizations viz. workforceplanning facilitating recruitment selection induction performanceappraisal training etc. in line with overall businessgoals.

  • Manage Transition ofnew clients redesign processes and identify process transformationopportunities & projects.

  • Conduct periodic reviews with managers and drivecorrective action where required in order to ensure deliverypredictability.

  • Identify opportunities for work redesign workflowenhancement shift utilization Staff mix and staff utilization inorder to meet / exceed internal financialgoals.


  1. Leadership:

  • Builds and maintains a departmentalstructure operating standards and practices that are responsive andadaptable to evolving business needs.

  • Develops and implements a talent plan to ensure theright people are in the right place at the right time to meet the organization sst rategicneeds.

  • Manages employeeperformance by establishing clear goals and expectations trackingprogress against the goals ensuring timely feedback and promptlyaddressing performance problems andissues.

  • Manages directreports to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage anddevelop their assigned staff.

    TeamManagement:

  • Shares knowledge mentor andeducates the organizations staff regarding the companys visionopportunities and challenges.

  • Ensure company operation hurdles are resolved in atimely and costeffective manner.

  • Supervise staff in accordance with the operational andrevenue objectives.

  • Coordinate resource deployment across all processes forthe engagement (Team Size

    Span ShiftUtilization Skill sets) in order to ensure budget & pricingassumptions

    compliance.

  • Identify training needs for teammembers.


Requirements
  • Masters or a bachelors degree in commerce with 8 10years of experience or in a related field.

  • Leader with a service mindset who takes pride ingrowing the people she/he leads.

  • Deep understanding of how to use accounting to createvalue for the client.

  • Passion for using the best toolsavailable to transform accounting.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit who is excited by the prospectof rapid growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead ateam of professionals to higher levels of performance.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with peerssuperiors and staff.

  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English. Able to interact with US clientsand prospects via phone email and in person.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with astrong orientation toward customer service and the ability tocommunicate technical information effectively to technical andnontechnical audiences.

  • Processdriven with a strong Project Management andProduct Owner Mindset

Complete daily activities by following Fixed Activity Tracker andupdate Indevia Time tracker appropriately. Update the trackersregularly. Prepare Sales Tax working and File Return as per taxcalendar Prepare review notes in detail and deliver financialreports to the client. Prepare the payroll worksheet by segregatingthe total payroll hours into Regular hours, Overtime hours, Doubletime hours, Calculate the CMP (California Meal Penalty), etc. asper the California Labor law rules. Record Invoices, Bills, Bankdeposits/payments, payroll, ending inventory, accrual, andamortization entries, etc. Prepare Sales Tax working and FileReturn as per tax calendar. Communicate with client/SPOC for datagathering and query resolution Process payroll-related activitiesin a timely and accurate manner. Ensure to deliver all clientdeliverables on time and maintain TAT Responsible for documentingthe development, training, and implementation of procedures, andguidelines. Prepare and deliver Money Shield Report and Cost ofGoods Reports weekly to the client. Communicate with client/SPOCfor data gathering and query resolution
