Hereswhat youll bedoing:

PaidAdvertising CampaignManagement:


  • Developand execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across GoogleSearch Discovery Display and Youtube for TechMeros mobileapps.
  • Conduct indepthkeyword research to identify relevant terms and target the rightaudience.
  • Crafthighperforming ad copy that resonates with target users and drivesinstalls.
  • Createlaunch and manage new ad campaigns optimizing bids budgets andtargeting settings for maximumimpact.
  • Conduct A/Btests on various elements of your campaigns (ad copy landing pagestargeting options) to identify the most effectivecombinations.
  • Analyzecampaign performance data using Google Ads reporting tools andother analyticsplatforms.
  • Generateweekly and monthly reports that track key performance indicators(KPIs) such as impressions clicks costperinstall (CPI) and returnon ad spend(ROAS).
  • Monitorcampaign budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficientspending.
  • Stay updatedon the latest Google Ads features and best practices tocontinuously improve campaignperformance.


AppMarketingExpertise:


  • Collaboratewith product owners to understand their specific app goals andtargetaudience.
  • Develop adeep understanding of mobile app marketing KPIs (e.g. impressionsclicks installs inapp activity) and how they relate to campaignsuccess.
  • Analyze appstore data and user behavior to identify areas forimprovement.
  • Recommendstrategies to enhance the apps user experience and increase userengagement.


ReportingandAnalysis:


  • Compileand analyze data from various sources (Google Ads app analyticsplatforms etc.) to gain insights into campaigneffectiveness.
  • Generateclear and concise reports that communicate key findings andrecommendations to Productowners.
  • Track trendsand identify opportunities to improve overall marketingperformance.
  • Presentdata and recommendations in a clear and actionableway.


AdditionalResponsibilities:


  • Stayabreast of industry trends and best practices in paid advertisingand mobile appmarketing.
  • Researchand identify new tools and technologies that can improve campaignperformance.
  • Collaboratewith other team members (design development) to ensure a seamlessuser experience across marketingchannels.
  • May assistwith content creation for marketing initiatives (e.g. blog postssocial mediacontent).


Tobe successful youllneed:


  • Provenexperience managing paid advertising campaigns particularly withGoogle Ads.
  • A strongunderstanding of mobile app marketingKPIs.
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • The ability tomanage multiple projects and meetdeadlines.
  • Topnotchwritten and verbal communicationskills.
  • Acollaborative and resultsorientedmindset.
