Position: Manager Brand Marketing andCommunications
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Enhancement:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhancebrand
visibility and promote awareness of our serviceofferings.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toensure brand consistency across all
channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for brand
differentiation.2. Marketing Campaign Management:
Lead theplanning execution and analysis of marketing campaigns todrive
brand awareness and stakeholderengagement.
Develop and manage marketing budgetsensuring costeffectiveness and
optimal return oninvestment.
Utilize data and analytics to measure andreport on the success of marketing
initiatives. 3. Event and SeminarSponsorship Management:
Oversee the planning andexecution of branding and marketing activities in
seminars and events focusing on strategic partnerships withprestigious
institutes such as ICAI (Institute ofChartered Accountants of India) IIA (Institute
ofInternal Auditors) and similar organizations.
Manage thebranding and marketing efforts in seminars and events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with event organizers andkey
stakeholders to maximize brand exposure andengagement opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness ofsponsorship initiatives through postevent analysis
andfeedback adjusting strategies for continuousimprovement. 4. Collateral Development andManagement:
Lead the creation and management ofmarketing collateral including brochures
presentationsand other materials.
Ensure the consistency of brandingelements and messaging across all collateral
to enhancethe overall brand image.
Collaborate with design andcontent teams to produce visually appealing and
impactful materials that effectively communicate key messages totarget
audiences.
5. InternalBranding: Spearhead internal brandinginitiatives to create a compelling and resonant
brandidentity within the organization.
Develop and implementstrategies to ensure consistent messaging and
alignmentwith company values leaving a lasting impact onemployees.
Foster a sense of pride and engagement byeffectively communicating the
company's missionvision and values through various internal channels.6. Communication and Public Relations:
Oversee the development of compelling and cohesive messaging forinternal and
external communication.
Buildand maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Managecrisis communication strategies and handle mediainquiries
/communication effectively.
7.CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Foster a collaborativeand innovative work environment encouraging continuous
learning and professional growth.
Set clear goals andexpectations ensuring the team's alignment with
organizational objectives.
Collaborate with the businessdevelopment team and service lines to ensure
integratedand aligned marketing and communication strategies.
Actas a liaison between the marketing team and senior managementproviding
regular updates and insights.
8.Collaboration with External Partners:
Collaborativelywork with external vendors including PR agencies anddesign
teams to ensure seamless execution of marketingand communication
strategies.
Managerelationships provide clear directives and ensure deliverablesalign with
the overall brand vision andobjectives.
Foster a collaborative and productivepartnership to enhance the quality and
effectiveness ofexternal services.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in MarketingCommunications Business or a related field;Master's
degree preferred.
7 years ofexperience in a midmanagement level branding marketingor
communications role.
Proven success indeveloping and implementing effective brand strategiesand
marketing campaigns.
Strong leadershipand team management skills.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Ability to think strategically andmake datadriven decisions.
