Responsibilities:
  • Developand uphold payment system architecture focusing on merchant paymentsystems.
  • Integratemerchant acquirers and payment gateways into the existinginfrastructure.
  • Collaborateclosely with the development team to design and implement APIs formerchantacquirers.
  • Supervisethe deployment and resolution of issues with POS systems to ensuresmoothoperations.
  • Ensureall systems and processes comply with industry standards such asPCI.
  • Activelyengage in the entire SDLC from requirements gathering to productionsupport including DevOps root cause analysis and defectresolution.
  • Effectivelyconvey complex technical concepts to senior architects technicalmanagers and nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Keepabreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to fosterinnovation andefficiency.


Requirements
  • 1015years of experience in merchant payment system architecture.
  • Demonstratedproficiency in integrating merchant acquirers and paymentgateways.
  • Thoroughunderstanding of merchant acquirerAPIs.
  • Handsonexperience with Chip & Pin systems Point of SaleTokenizationEncryption.
  • Proventrack record in POS deployments andtroubleshooting.
  • Familiaritywith payments industry standards (PCIetc.).
  • Exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to interact effectively withsenior architects and technicalmanagers.
  • Experiencewith full SDLC requirements system design development productionsupport DevOps root cause analysis defect resolutionetc.

  • Experiencewith Springboot Javastack.
  • Knowledgeof FreedomPayGateway.
  • Experiencein the travel and hospitalityindustry.

10-15 years of experience in merchant payment system architecture.Demonstrated proficiency in integrating merchant acquirers andpayment gateways. Thorough understanding of merchant acquirer APIs.Hands-on experience with Chip & Pin systems, Point of Sale,Tokenization, Encryption. Proven track record in POS deploymentsand troubleshooting. Familiarity with payments industry standards(PCI, etc.).
