Administrative Manager- MP

Roles and Responsibilities
Managing overall administrative activities for the office. Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events Will be participating in a wide-range of company projects and events. Performing other work-related duties as assigned including supporting corporate compliance team as needed. Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments. Works within the allocated budget for the front office. Monitor high balance guest and take appropriate action. Maintain required front office and stationary supplies.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role preferred Experience. leading dynamic team Strong budget management skills. Excellent vendor management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desire to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Highly organized, efficient, and process oriented Proficient in Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proficient in Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Google+)Role:Facility Management - Other
