Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at MP Agrotonics Ltd. This full-time position is based in Mandideep and involves managing financial accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in account management and be adept with financial software and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial operations and oversee account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports using Tally for company stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, updating records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and rectifying inconsistencies promptly.
  • Handle billing and invoicing processes, maintaining up-to-date and accurate transaction records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting efforts.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial data to assist management in decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using Tally for effective financial management and accounting processes to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Solid understanding of GST and its application in transactions to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Experience with TDS, including its calculation and filing, to facilitate correct tax deductions at source.
  • Effective account management skills, capable of overseeing corporate accounts to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Expertise in bank reconciliation to verify and ensure accuracy of account statements.
  • Familiarity with billing systems to handle and resolve billing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear, concise interactions with clients and cross-functional teams.
