We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior ArtDirector to join our creative team. As a Junior Art Director themember will work closely with our Art Director and other teammembers to conceptualise and execute visually compelling ideas fora wide range of campaigns and projects. You ll bring fresh ideasand a passion for design helping to elevate our brand and engageour audiences across multipleplatforms.

Job Title: Junior ArtDirector
Location: Mumbai Churchgate(onsite)

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Art Director designers andcopywriters to develop creative concepts and visual solutions forvarious marketing campaigns including digital print and socialmedia.

  2. Assistin creating and executing highquality design work that aligns withbrand guidelines and campaignobjectives.

  3. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contributeinnovative ideas to help bring our clients visions tolife.

  4. Work onmultiple projects simultaneously ensuring quality consistency andadherence to projecttimelines.

  5. Reviewand refine design drafts making improvements based on feedback fromteam members and clients.

  6. Stayupdated on design trends industry standards and new techniques andincorporate these insights into yourwork.



Requirements

  1. Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Art Advertising ora relatedfield.

  2. 13 years ofexperience in a creative role preferably within an agency orinhouse creativeteam.

  3. Proficiency indesign software including Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoshopIllustrator InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics toolssuch as After Effects is aplus.

  4. Strong portfolioshowcasing a variety of creative work and a keen eye for designtypography andlayout.

  5. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude anda willingness to takeinitiative.

  6. Ability tomanage multiple projects meet deadlines and work effectively in afastpacedenvironment.

  7. Passion forcreativity innovation and continuouslearning.
