We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Art Director to join our creative team. As a Junior Art Director the member will work closely with our Art Director and other team members to conceptualise and execute visually compelling ideas for a wide range of campaigns and projects. You ll bring fresh ideas and a passion for design helping to elevate our brand and engage our audiences across multiple platforms.

Job Title: Junior Art Director
Location: Mumbai Churchgate (onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Art Director designers and copywriters to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various marketing campaigns including digital print and social media.

  • Assist in creating and executing highquality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to help bring our clients visions to life.

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring quality consistency and adherence to project timelines.

  • Review and refine design drafts making improvements based on feedback from team members and clients.

  • Stay updated on design trends industry standards and new techniques and incorporate these insights into your work.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Art Advertising or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in a creative role preferably within an agency or inhouse creative team.

  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics tools such as After Effects is a plus.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work and a keen eye for design typography and layout.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

  • Passion for creativity innovation and continuous learning.
