Job Description

Bhumi’s Whole-School Transformation is acomprehensive program that focuses on strengthening student learning outcomeswhile working alongside key stakeholders such as school leaders/HMs, parents,teachers, and the community. We believe equitable education for all childrencan be achieved by building excellence in vision and actions.

The programme will bring togetherBhumi’s various interventions in 30 schools in 2024. The successful candidatewill be responsible for scaling this 10x in 3-4 years.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategise and integrate ongoinginterventions for a consolidated scalable approach
Design and lead the monitoring andevaluation of the program
Build partnerships within and outsideBhumi to strengthen the model
Be the nodal point of contact tocommunicate outcomes and impact periodically

PreferredEducation Qualification / Experience:

Experience in managing people / projects
At least 3-5 years experience inEducation, particularly schools
Any Graduate, post-graduate, orfellowship
Experience in school transformationwould be an advantage

Knowledge,Skills, and Abilities:

Good people management skills
Good people engagement, networking, andlistening skills
Ability to drive outcome-oriented plansthrough the team’s collective effort
Good written and verbal communicationskills in English and Tamil.
Good computer knowledge and MS Officeskills.
Emotional maturity to empathize with theperspectives/needs of team members
Highly resourceful team player, who isalso self-driven.
Forward-looking thinker, who activelyseeks opportunities and proposes solutions

Scope: Full-time
Designation: Senior Manager to AssociateDirector, based on candidate's profile
Reporting to: Executive Director
Remuneration:Rs.12-15 LPA,negotiable based oncandidate’s profile
Expected Joining Date: Immediate
Location: Chennai
Minimum commitment: Three years
