We are currently looking for SAP RAR (Revenue accounting and Reporting) IT Process Owner to join us at our Global Capability Centre in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible to integrate RAR across FI, SD and/or BRIM. The RAR Role must ensure, that Axalta’s SAP R/3 RAR Finance processes and new S4 HANA 2020 are globally consistent, productive, effective and legally compliant. This RAR Role is part of RTR IT team which is a central conduit for the RTR IT platform into Corporate & Regional Finance and influences corporate SAP direction and development. This role is a member of the RTR IT Team and will participate in the SAP ERP support organization tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong SAP RAR process and technical leadership to the Finance and Operations functions and users. Lead and responsible for SAP OTC/RAR Projects plus Run and Maintain changes to ensure that business requirements are translated successfully into S4 HANA.This includes the responsibility for SAP FIN architecture and solution designCollaborate with and guide the Finance Function users in terms of turning their business requirements into the best possible SAP solution.  Provide SAP Regional leadership and support to the business users Lead and participate on small / medium sized SAP expansion or value-add projects Manage and assist with ongoing SAP stabilization and enhancement tasks Preserve SAP data integrity and ensure adherence to corporate standards. Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, and testing in SAP SD / RAR module. Provide Business Process Consulting that includes providing inputs on best practices. Lead Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post-Go-Live Support. Facilitate Training activities Training documents preparation, training key users or super users.

Key requirements:  

Total SAP Experience of 8+ years in Domain, SAP FICO and RAR put together. 2+ years of leading / managing an SAP RTR function and / or team Involvement on 1 or more SAP Implementations desirable Technical proficiency SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM process, IFRS 16, COPA and Revenue Recognition process Extensive experience in RAR integration with FI, SD and/or BRIM. Knowledge and experience of BRF+
