We are currently looking for Sap Regional Process Specialist - Transportation Management to join us at our Global Capability Centre in Gurugram.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with business team members of business functions (Customer Services, Logistics Planning & Procurement, Inventory-Warehouse Management and Finance) to facilitate effective solution implementations and provide knowledge transfer of system functionality to Super Users, Subject Matter Expert, and end users. Candidate will mainly be responsible for supporting rollout of SAP S4-TM by working on various incidents/enhancements/projects Also, work with R&M Delivery team for finalization of business requirements, functional design specification, testing scope, Master Data rules, training documentations etc. Strong ability to lead discussions with the business to analyze, configure and model processes in SAP. Provide production support for SAP TM with specific focus on Freight Planning, Freight Execution, Freight Settlement, Dispute Management processes and integration points with SD, EWM and FICO modules. Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Perform regression testing in support of S4 regional deployments, SAP Version Upgrades Build and execute unit testing, integration, and regression testing (build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based on results). Work closely with ABAP developers to define programming requirements and test programming solutions. Implement and Support SAP interfaces to other core business applications e.g. LBN, CzarLite, FedEx, PCMiler, P44 etc. Periodically review the new business requirements, enhancements, projects with Global Workstream Lead (GWL) and get it approved for delivery in alignment with S4 Global Template governance and facilitate establishing ETAs and Associated Resource needs.Key requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Transport Management Must have hands-on SAP TM experience as functional consultant. Candidate should have experience with two or more full project life cycle S/4HANA implementations. Blueprinting, Realization, Configuration, Functional Specifications, Unit and Integration Testing and Execution, Data Definition, Data Mapping from Legacy Systems, End-user Training, Training Development, Train the Trainer, Cutover Activities, and Production Support Strong skill sets in communicating, training, and supporting transportation function with day-to-day business processes. Candidate should have exposure working with geographically spread team.Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
