  • Leadthe design development and implementation of customized Salesforcesolutions meeting business requirements and bestpractices.
  • Collaborate with businessstakeholders analysts and other developers to gather and understandfunctional requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.
  • Design and implement customobjects fields workflows process builder flows triggers andVisualforce/Apex code to extend Salesforcecapabilities.
  • Create and maintain integrationsbetween Salesforce and other systems using APIs middleware andthirdparty tools.
  • Architect solutions thatpromote scalability maintainability and code reusability in adynamic and evolving Salesforceenvironment.
  • Perform code reviews and providetechnical guidance to junior developers to ensure code quality andadherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot andresolve issues in Salesforce configurations customizations andintegrations.
  • Stay uptodate with the latestSalesforce features tools and trends to provide innovativesolutions for business needs.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery andoptimal userexperience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • 5 years of handson experience as aSalesforce Developer with expertise in customization configurationand integration.
  • Strong proficiency inSalesforce development technologies including Apex VisualforceLightning Components and SOQL.
  • Experience withLightning Web Components Lightning Flow and Salesforce DX is aplus.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce datamodel security model and sharingsettings.
  • Proven ability to architect anddesign complex Salesforce solutions that align with businessrequirements.
  • Familiarity with integrationtechnologies such as REST SOAP and middlewareplatforms.
  • Salesforce certifications likePlatform Developer I/II App Builder or related certifications arehighly desirable.
  • Excellent problemsolvingskills attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborativeteam environment.
  • Strong communication skillsto effectively interact with technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
