Job Description

SAP SAP Procurement / MM / Ariba

Min 3 years of domain experience
Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management and physical inventory counts and audits.
Experience in creating Functional Specifications for ABAP developments and validating custom objects

Hands on SAP processes for min 4 years Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment & planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, physical inventory count processes
Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.
Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.

Ariba:

Research and recommend innovative solutions while leveraging existing resourcesBuild and maintain relationships as needed for support of the organizationManagement of ticket escalation based on established priorities and proceduresPerform the following items with the Ariba Contracting tool:Maintain organizational structures and master data Maintain custom templates for the procurement and commercial areas Be able to create new fields and field entries Maintain security settings for user rolesMaintain workflowsPerform mass contract creation and updates Resolve system issues and questions from Super Users Perform user role audit activities and complete all required documentationProvide reporting support and report creation

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of the Ariba Contract Management tool SAP MM/Prcourement 

Key Personal Traits:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently while balancing various tasks and priorities Service orientation Experience working in/leading teams with diverse backgrounds, skill sets and point of view
