Facilitate the implementation of SAP Ariba and integrate with SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay and Record to Report modulesPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirementsWell averse with SAP Ariba modules such as sourcing, Buying & invoice experience, Supply Chain Collaboration. Well averse with Procurement practices followed globally and able to advise clients on leading practices.Needs to have strong knowledge on integration with Procure to Pay module of SAP S/4HANA and the integration middle ware such as CIG (cloud integration gateway)Well averse about Activate methodology or Fit to standard way of working for implementation and FIORI apps implementationPrepare and conduct workshops to collect business requirements or identify delta and define L3-L4 processesMap client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirementsAble to Design, customize, configure and testing of Ariba processesIdentify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.Document functional designs, test cases and results.Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objectsProactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancementsAct as a liaison between the business functions cutting across various countries, functional and technical team at offshore.Work self-directed and independently

Desired Skills and Experience:Minimum of 12-13 years of relevant experience in SAP AribaAt least 3 full cycle implementations in SAP Ariba and integration with S/4HANA or SAP ECCAbility to work with multi-lingual and multi-cultural teams with Excellent communication skillsExperience in a continuous manufacturing industries preferredMust be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
